We're so proud of our daughter-in-law Courtney! She graduated last Thursday with a Master's degree in Speech Pathology. She worked very hard over the last two years to learn all the needed information to help people with speech and swallowing problems. She has interned in hospitals and schools and she is ready to put her formidable skills and knowledge to work helping people. I'm so proud of her hard work and determination to see a challenging major through to the end. Way to go Courtney, I love you! Plus, she got a new darling dress and shoes out of the deal. She looks very intelligent, professional and accomplished (not to mention striking and beautiful!) Oh, and you're not too bad either son. She and Dave hosted us at a fun BBQ afterwards at their home. She chose blue frosting for her cupcakes. Hum, wonder what that means?

Great work, Courtney!!! We are very proud of you, and we love you. You did a very wonderful thing in getting that degree, persevering through a difficult program, and coming out successfully.
