- Enjoy the spring weather that is a month ahead of us up north, soak up some sun, sit by the pool & read.
- Eat pie at Croshaw's Gourmet pie shop.
- Go look around the outlet mall, spend my gift certificate at Kohls (thanks Colleen!)
- Eat dinner at the Mongolian BBQ
- Eat lunch at the Painted Pony with Jil A.
- Attend the St. George LDS temple, walk around the grounds, smell the lilacs
- Work out on the hotel exercise equipment
- Work on my project brought from home of organizing photo books (still)
- Walk and walk and walk around town. It's safe and beautiful. There are many great walking and biking trails. Found a great deal on Easter dresses for the 4 little grand girls.
- Go to two movies (Soul Surfer and Source Code - both good) & watch several more on HBO in the hotel room.
- Eat more pie at Croshaw's (I limited myself to three pieces this trip.)
- Notice all the polygamists shopping at Costco
- Notice all the development projects that the city government approved that dig into the red mountains and look TERRIBLE.
I'm thinking of going back with a sisters group or friends group in June maybe, before it gets too hot. Any takers?

I haven't spent much time in St George over my lifetime, and would love to go with the sisters in June if it worked out for everyone else. . .
Great post on St. George, Vonnie. We had a wonderful trip.
That is a fun trip! I'm glad you could take some time and relax and that you find so much to do. We'll have to come up and join you some time.
